Why UNC -4 vs. Florida State ?? advice please!!!!

I don't understand why unc-4 against florida state. Fl state are losing 4 streak and have not play anyone that big like unc yet.

The Noles are 9-1 @ home. Three of their last four could have easily been winners. When I add that up along with a solid defense I find myself looking at a very good home dog.

I'm waiting a little longer since I feel the public will drive this line higher. In my humble opinion FSU is the way to go in this one.
